Some December thoughts

I love Christmas but It seams I never have enough time around this time of the year to prepare everything I have planed in the beginning of the year, after the previous Christmas has gone.
I alway say that I will start with the preps early enough - like October or even earlier...and I have never managed to do it.
This year is like every other year and I am not ready.
I so wanted to get loads and loads of stuff to actually do a Craft fair...Once again it doesn't look like I will be able to.
I wanted to do lots of hand sewed and hand made decoration for my home too.
I have been busy with million things and I think It’s my own fault as I have tried to do too many things in too little time.
Any way, I am on schedule..almost.
I have finished a few orders on time and made a big bundle of Christmas cards for sell.
On top of all that,I am back to school, still freelancing, volunteer-helper in local pre-school ( this I need for my study, by the way), full time Mum and Wife, House keeper and .... I forgot something may be, but I am aloud to be a bit “all over the place” form time to time.
I can’t wait for the 24th December, when we will get on the flight and will have a proper white Christmas and some relaxing time with the family.

I do love Christmas, with all the fuss and buzz, the gifts craziness and food planning, with the glitter and sparkles, with the smell of home cooked food and candle lights.Red wine and endless conversations, laughter and a few shared tears too.
I can’t wait!
I am like a little child on the 25th.
So excited about the breakfast and the presents opening. To see everyone’s faces when they see their parcels from Santa.
Especially now with the 3 years old boy, who is turning into a little “man” is even more fun and overwhelming.

Resolutions? New Year’s Resolutions?
I don’t do them.
From experience I know, that they last only till 14th-25th of January...
So I don’t do them.
I have plans, dreams and little ideas. That’s all,
I wish I have more time for myself ( my husband calls it: bad time management...hm)
May be...

Anyway, here are some of my latest work, even though I have done lots more, but I was left without my DSL for a few months, so couldn't take any photos...
Now though, I am a happy girl, with a brand new Canon and a few lens kits. Yuppie!

Happy Christmas everyone and I wish we all have more time for ourselves next year. (Smiles too)
